1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By reserving an item through the website www.novamarketing.ch, by email, telephone or fax, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Payment options

2.1. Bank transfer in CHF – EUR
2.2. Credit card (Visa / Mastercard) in CHF
2.3. Cash
2.4. Other payment method to be agreed
2.5. For credit card payments, every transaction is checked and approved by the credit card issuer. NovaMarketing Sa does not store credit card data in any way.
2.6. The displayed prices are indicative, non-binding and exclusive of VAT.

3. Shipping and packaging

3.1. Switzerland: Priority Plus CHF 3.00 for orders up to CHF 110.00; registered mail CHF 6.00 for orders over CHF 110.00.
3.2. Rest of the world Priority Plus EUR 15.00, uninsured. Insured shipping EUR 50.00.
3.3. The ordered goods will be dispatched only after payment has been received, at the buyer's risk and expense.
3.4. Insured shipments abroad will be sent from Switzerland with a customs declaration. The buyer is responsible for complying with the customs regulations in force in the country to which the goods are sent.
3.5. If the buyer does not collect or refuses the shipment for any reason, the shipment will no longer be covered by any insurance. In addition, the buyer agrees to bear all costs arising from this eventuality, as well as an administrative fee ranging from CHF 150.00 to CHF 500.00.
3.6. Returns are possible within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided they are in their original condition; shipping expenses and additional costs are non-refundable.

4. Quality and authenticity

4.1. All material offered in our sales is GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC.
4.2. The stated condition of the lots is purely indicative and based on our personal experience. The photographs shall prevail.
4.3. All defects that are not visible in the photographs are carefully described.

6. Order processing and conclusion of the contract

6.1. By clicking the "ORDER" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart and agrees to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions.
6.2. A contract is formed only when NovaMarketing SA declares its acceptance of the customer's offer. This order confirmation is generally communicated to the customer by email.

7. Place of jurisdiction

The business activities of Nova Marketing Sa and its website (www.novamarketing.ch) are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Mendrisio.

8. In the event of discrepancies between the English, French, German or Spanish translations of these General Terms and Conditions, only the Italian version shall have legal effect.
