Mint name at bottom (from bottom to top: Dar-ul-Khilafat Agra zarb = Struck at the Seat of the Caliphate, Agra). Date([10]37) in the central line at left.

Reverse:
Persian legend. Ruler's name and titles (from bottom to top: Sahib Qiran Sani / Shihab ud-Din / Muhammed Shah Jahan / Badshah Ghazi = Second Lord of the Fortunate Conjunction of the Planets, Flame of the Faith of Muhammad, Shah Jahan (1), Emperor, Conqueror of infidels). Regnal year (sanat Ahd) below the top line at left.


Note:
