Obverse: Persian legend. Couplet with the Ruler's name (xxx = The revolution (of the heavens) brings gold and silver from the sun and the moon, in order that may make on the face (of the metal) the design of the stamp of Taimur Shah). The date (1204) is above the bottom line at right.
Reverse: Persian legend. In a linerar circle the Mint name with epithet (From top to bottom: Kabul / Dar-us-Sultanat / [Zar]b = Struck at Kabul, the Seat of the Sovereignty). Border of dots.
