C/s: Crowned P.M within a circle.
Note: Decree of January 5, 1889. This decree ordained that all foreign silver coinage circulating in Mozambique was to be counterstamped with a crowned PM (Provincia de Mozambique) within a circle. Caution is required with this counterstamp, forgeries are known to exist and are wide spread.
