Persian legend. Last part of the couplet with the Ruler's name and the regnal year within cirlce (from bottom to top: .az Jahangir / Shah sanat 12 / Akbar Shah = .through Jahangir (son of) king Akbar, (regnal) year 12). Border of dots.
